المشترون الأجانب يدفعون مبيعات المنازل في إسبانيا إلى مستوى قياسي

وصلت حصة المشترين الأجانب من إجمالي مبيعات المنازل في إسبانيا إلى مستوى قياسي بلغ 16%.
تصدر البريطانيون قائمة المشترين الأجانب بنسبة 7.5%، بينما تركز الطلب الأجنبي في جزر البليار ومنطقة بلنسية.
سجلت أسعار العقارات ارتفاعاً بنسبة 15.8% على أساس سنوي، حيث بلغ متوسط سعر المنازل 2512 يورو للمتر المربع.
شهدت مبيعات المنازل والتمويل العقاري تراجعاً ملحوظاً، مما يشير إلى بدء تباطؤ النشاط في السوق العقارية الإسبانية.

ارتفعت حصة المشترين الأجانب من إجمالي مبيعات المنازل في إسبانيا إلى مستوى قياسي بلغ 16%، واستحوذ مواطنو الاتحاد الأوروبي على 54.7% من هذه المشتريات، مقابل 17.8% لمشترين من بقية الدول الأوروبية. وذكرت شبكة “يورونيوز” الأوروبية أن البريطانيين تصدروا قائمة المشترين الأجانب بنسبة 7.5%، يليهم المغاربة بنسبة 6.4%، ثم الهولنديون بنسبة 5.8%، وتركز الطلب الأجنبي بصورة […]
