المغرب: السجن أربعة أعوام لرسام الكاريكاتور ياسر منبير بعد إدانته بـ”الإساءة إلى الملك”

أصدرت محكمة في الدار البيضاء حكماً بسجن رسام الكاريكاتور ياسر منبير أربعة أعوام وغرامة مالية.
أدين الفنان بسن 22 عاماً بتهمي إهانة موظفين عموميين وإساءة للملك عبر رسومات نشرها على إنستغرام.
طالبت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان بالإفراج عنه وإسقاط الملاحقة القضائية ضده.
يطالب ناشطون حقوقيون بإلغاء عقوبات السجن في قضايا التعبير والنشر.

قال محامي رسام الكاريكاتور المغربي ياسر منبير الأحد إن القضاء أصدر حكما بسجن موكله أربعة أعوام على خلفية رسومات نشرها على إنستغرام، بعد إدانته بـ”الإساءة إلى الملك” و”إهانة موظفين عموميين”. ودعت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان إلى الإفراج عنه وإسقاط الملاحقة. ويطالب ناشطون حقوقيون في المملكة بإلغاء عقوبات السجن في قضايا التعبير والنشر.
