المغرب ـ الجزائر: من حرب الرمال إلى نهاية «مينورسو»

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

انتهت مهمة بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة وقف إطلاق النار في الصحراء الغربية بعد فشل مجلس الأمن في تجديد ولايتها.
أدى إخفاق واشنطن في فرض خطتها وتفويض روسيا لقرارها إلى تحول اسم البعثة من مينورسو إلى مينوسو.
أعلنت الرباط عن فرصة لطي هذه الصفحة بينما أعربت الجزائر عن أسفها البالغ لهذا التطور.
يعكس التطور الأخير تغير موازين التأييد الدبلوماسي لصالح المغرب رغم استمرار النزاع على السيادة والحدود.

في مثل هذا الشهر من عام 1963، وبعد عام واحد على استقلال الجزائر، اندلعت «حرب الرمال» مع المغرب. المواجهات التي استمرت أسابيع فحسب، كشفت بشكل مبكر إحدى المعضلات الكبيرة في دول ما بعد الاستقلال العربية: كيف تبني دولة خرجت لتوّها من استعمار طويل علاقات جوار مستقرة فيما تتنازع على حدود ورثتها عن ذلك الاستعمار؟ انتهت […]
