الملك محمد السادس يعين عبد النباوي رئيسا أول لمحكمة النقض ورئيسا منتدبا للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية لولاية ثانية

استقبل الملك محمد السادس، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، يومه الخميس 18 ذي الحجة 1447 هـ، الموافق لـ 04 يونيو 2026، بالقصر الملكي بالرباط، الأعضاء الذين تفضل جلالته بتعيينهم بهذا المجلس، وذلك طبقا لأحكام الدستور، والقانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالمجلس.

ويتعلق الأمر بالسيد محمد عبد النباوي الذي عينه جلالته لولاية ثانية، رئيسا أول لمحكمة النقض، وبهذه الصفة رئيسا منتدبا للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية ؛ والسيدة لطيفة الحرادجي والسيد ندير المومني، العضوين الجديدين بالمجلس.

كما تفضل جلالته، أعزه الله، بتعيين السيد فريد الباشا، وبتجديد تعيين كل من السيد محمد زواك والسيد محمد الناصر، لولاية ثانية، ضمن الشخصيات التي يخول الدستور لجلالة الملك تعيينهم بالمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية.

وخلال هذا الاستقبال، أدى العضوان الجديدان بالمجلس القسم بين يدي جلالة الملك، حفظه الله ».
