“المملكة القابضة” تتم الاستحواذ على 70% من “نادي الهلال” بـ224 مليون دولار

أتمت شركة المملكة القابضة بتاريخ 1 سبتمبر الحالي صفقة الاستحواذ على 70% من أسهم شركة نادي الهلال من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، بعد استيفاء جميع الشروط المتعلقة بالصفقة والحصول على جميع الموافقات التنظيمية وإفادات عدم الممانعة اللازمة.

وأوضحت الشركة أنها سددت كامل قيمة الصفقة البالغة 224 مليون دولار (840 مليون ريال) لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، والتي تمثل 70% من تقييم حقوق الملكية لشركة نادي الهلال البالغ 320 مليون دولار (1.2 مليار ريال).

وكانت “المملكة القابضة” قد أعلنت في أبريل 2026 توقيع اتفاقية بيع وشراء أسهم مع صندوق الاستثمارات العامة للاستحواذ على حصة تبلغ 70% من نادي الهلال، على أساس تقييم حقوق الملكية للشركة بنسبة 100% عند 1.2 مليار ريال.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه تم، حتى 1 سبتمبر 2026، استيفاء جميع الشروط المنصوص عليها في اتفاقية بيع وشراء الأسهم الموقعة في 16 أبريل 2026، بما في ذلك الموافقات التنظيمية اللازمة واستيفاء الشروط الداخلية.

وأكدت “المملكة القابضة” عدم وجود تكاليف جديدة مرتبطة بإتمام الصفقة، وأن قيمة المقابل المالي بقيت كما تم الإعلان عنها سابقاً عند 224 مليون دولار (840 مليون ريال).
