“المنافسة” تقر استحواذ “الرشيد” على 50% من “طيف للشحن”

تسلمت شركة محمد هادي الرشيد وشركاه بتاريخ 6 سبتمبر 2026 خطاب عدم ممانعة من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة بشأن إتمام صفقة الاستحواذ على حصة تبلغ 50% من رأس مال شركة طيف للشحن، وذلك استكمالاً للإجراءات النظامية اللازمة لإتمام الصفقة.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أنها ستواصل استكمال الإجراءات المتبقية اللازمة لإتمام عملية الاستحواذ.

وكانت الشركة قد أعلنت في يوليو 2026 توقيع اتفاقية بيع وشراء أسهم للاستحواذ على الحصة البالغة 50% من شركة طيف للشحن، بقيمة إجمالية قدرها 24.67 مليون دولار (92.50 مليون ريال).

وأكدت الشركة أنه لا يوجد تغير جوهري في التكاليف المرتبطة بالصفقة، كما ستعلن عن أي تطورات جوهرية تتعلق بالاستحواذ في حينها وفقاً للأنظمة والتعليمات ذات العلاقة.
