“المنجم للأغذية” توزع 60 مليون ريال أرباحاً نقدية عن النصف الأول من 2026

قرر مجلس إدارة شركة المنجم للأغذية بتاريخ 7 يونيو 2026 توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن النصف الأول من السنة المالية 2026 بإجمالي 60 مليون ريال.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للأرباح يبلغ 60 مليون سهم، بواقع ريال واحد للسهم، ما يعادل 10% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.

وأضافت أن أحقية الأرباح ستكون للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم الخميس 11 يونيو 2026، والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى مركز إيداع بنهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق.

ومن المقرر أن يبدأ صرف الأرباح للمساهمين المستحقين اعتباراً من يوم الأحد 28 يونيو 2026، وذلك من خلال مركز إيداع.
