المياه في قلب الأمن القومي الأفريقي.. 4 مقترحات برلمانية لمواجهة تحديات المناخ

طرح وكيل لجنة الشؤون الأفريقية بمجلس النواب رؤية لتحرك أفريقي مشترك لمواجهة تحديات المناخ وإدارة الموارد المائية.
تتضمن الرؤية أربع آليات تشمل إنشاء شبكة للإنذار المبكر، وصندوق للمشروعات المائية الخضراء، ومراكز للتدريب، وخريطة للمشروعات المشتركة.
تؤكد المقترحات على دور مصر المحوري في نقل التكنولوجيا وتدريب الكوادر الأفريقية في مجالات الري ومعالجة المياه.
دعا وكيل اللجنة البرلمانات الأفريقية لتفعيل دورها في تطوير التشريعات وتعزيز الرقابة على إدارة الموارد الطبيعية.
