النائب رفعت شكيب: إنجازات الدولة حققت متطلبات العمال وصون كرامتهم

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

ثمن النائب رفعت شكيب التطورات التشريعية والمؤسسية في محور الحق في العمل وترجمتها للاستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان.
يمثل صدور قانون العمل رقم 14 لسنة 2025 نقلة نوعية توازن بين حقوق العمال ومتطلبات الاستثمار وتنميغ أنماط العمل.
يمنع القانون الجديد الفصل التعسفي إلا بحكم قضائي وينظم العمل عن بعد.
يعد تدشين مكاتب المساعدة القضائية العمالية وتوفير المشورة القانونية المجانية ضمانة حقيقية لحماية حقوق العمال.

ثمّن النائب البرلمانى رفعت شكيب التطورات التشريعية والمؤسسية في محور الحق في العمل، وأعتبرها خطوات جادة على طريق ترجمة الاستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان إلى واقع ملموس.
