وقعت الهيئة العامة لميناء الإسكندرية مذكرة تفاهم مع شركتي حسن علام والطارق كابيتال لدراسة إنشاء مركز إقليمي ودولي للتوزيع وإعادة التصدير والخدمات اللوجستية بميناء الدخيلة.
يمتد المشروع المقترح على مساحة تتجاوز 273 ألف متر مربع بالظهير الغربي للميناء.
يهدف المشروع إلى تطوير منظومة الخدمات اللوجستية، وتعزيز قدرة الميناء على جذب أنشطة التجهيز النهائي للمنتجات والصناعات الخفيفة.
يسعى المشروع لتحويل الموانئ المصرية إلى مراكز تجارية ولوجستية متكاملة لتعزيز مكانة مصر كمركز إقليمي للنقل وتجارة الترانزيت.

وقّعت الهيئة العامة لميناء الإسكندرية مذكرة تفاهم مع شركتي «حسن علام للمرافق» و«الطارق كابيتال لإدارة الأصول العقارية»، لدراسة إنشاء مركز إقليمي ودولي للتوزيع وإعادة التصدير والخدمات اللوجستية ذات القيمة المضافة بالظهير الغربي لميناء الدخيلة، على مساحة تتجاوز 273 ألف متر مربع. تستهدف مذكرة التفاهم تطوير منظومة الخدمات اللوجستية بالميناء، وتعزيز قدرته على جذب الأنشطة المرتبطة […]
