النواب يقر إعفاء الخدمات والمستندات الطبية بالمنشآت الحكومية والجامعية من ضريبة صندوق الشهداء

  • وافق مجلس النواب على إعفاء تذاكر وسائل النقل والخدمات والمستندات الطبية بالمنشآت الحكومية والجامعية من ضريبة صندوق الشهداء.
  • يهدف التعديل إلى تخفيف الأعباء المالية عن المواطنين المتعاملين مع المنشآت الطبية الحكومية والجامعية.
  • يأتي التعديل كجزء من جهود الدولة لتوفير الدعم والرعاية لأسر الشهداء والمصابين وتخفيف آلامهم.
  • تضمن التعديل التشريعي معالجة الأعباء المالية وإعادة تنظيم الضوابط المتعلقة بالتعويض عن حالات العجز.

وافق مجلس النواب، خلال جلسته العامة، على تعديل الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة (7) بمشروع قانون تعديل بعض أحكام قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء.
