النيابة الإدارية تختتم برنامجًا تدريبيًّا لمكافحة جرائم الكسب غير المشروع بمشاركة 28 عضوًا

  • اختتمت النيابة الإدارية برنامجًا تدريبيًا متخصصًا لمكافحة جرائم الكسب غير المشروع بمشاركة 28 عضوًا من مختلف الدرجات القضائية.
  • عُقد البرنامج بالتعاون بين المركز القومي للدراسات القضائية ووحدة التدريب القضائي بالنيابة الإدارية خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 4 نوفمبر.
  • تضمن البرنامج محاضرات حول الإطار التشريعي لمكافحة الفساد، وأركان جريمة الكسب غير المشروع، وإجراءات الكشف والفحص والتحقيق والإثبات.
  • هدف البرنامج إلى تنمية القدرات المهنية لأعضاء النيابة الإدارية وتعزيز خبراتهم في مكافحة الفساد وحماية المال العام.

اختتمت النيابة الإدارية، فعاليات البرنامج التدريبي المتخصص بعنوان «مكافحة جرائم الكسب غير المشروع»، والذي عُقد بالتعاون بين المركز القومي للدراسات القضائية بوزارة العدل ووحدة التدريب القضائي بالنيابة الإدارية، خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 4 نوفمبر الجاري، بمشاركة 28 من أعضاء النيابة الإدارية من مختلف الدرجات القضائية.
