النيابة العامة تسترد أرضًا تُقدَّر قيمتها بأكثر من 2 مليار جنيه

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • استردت النيابة العامة أرضا بالمنطقة الصناعية بأبو رواش بقيمة تقديرية تزيد عن ملياري جنيه.
  • تمت عملية الإخلاء بالتنسيق مع محافظة الجيزة ووزارة التنمية المحلية والبيئة لتعظيم الاستفادة من الأرض.
  • شملت أعمال الإخلاء التصرف في المركبات المضبوطة وتسليمها لمستحقيها وفقا للإجراءات القانونية.
  • يهدف الإجراء إلى إعادة توظيف الأراضي المستردة بما يحقق الصالح العام وتنفيذ التكليفات الرئاسية.

تواصلت أعمال إخلاء ساحة التحفظ على المركبات الكائنة بالمنطقة الصناعية بأبورواش، بالكيلو 26 من طريق مصر- الإسكندرية الصحراوي، بمحافظة الجيزة ويأتي ذلك في ضوء توجيهات النائب العام المستشار محمد شوقي، بسرعة إنهاء إجراءات إخلاء ساحات التحفظ على المركبات، وإعادة الأراضي التي تشغلها تلك الساحات إلى الدولة، اتساقًا مع التوجيهات الرئاسية الصادرة في هذا الشأن، وفي.
