النيابة في قضية الطفلة تيا: الإهمال قتلها بعد 45 دقيقة من التجول داخل المدرسة

شهدت أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهمات في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ”واقعة سقوط الطفلة تيا”، مرافعة مؤثرة ألقاها المستشار مصطفى محمود، وكيل نيابة قسم ثان شبرا الخيمة، استعرض خلالها تفاصيل الواقعة، مؤكدًا أن القضية تتمحور حول الإخلال بالأمانة وواجب الرعاية، وأن الإهمال كان السبب المباشر في وفاة الطفلة. وأوضح ممثل النيابة أن الطفلة تيا أحمد فؤاد خرجت.
