الوالي امهيدية يقرر فتح الباب 4 بميناء البيضاء ليلاً لتخفيف الضغط وتنظيم حركة السير

أصدر والي جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات، محمد أمهيدية قرارا عامليا جديدا يتعلق بتنظيم السير والجولان وأوقات العمل بميناء الدار البيضاء، بهدف تخفيف الضغط وفك حالة الاكتظاظ التي يعرفها الميناء.

وينص القرار الجديد على فتح الباب رقم 4 بصفة مؤقتة وبشكل يومي، وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من الساعة التاسعة مساء إلى غاية الساعة السابعة صباحا، بما يسمح بتخفيف الضغط وتنظيم حركة السير والجولان داخل الميناء.

ويدخل القرار حيز التنفيذ ابتداء من اليوم الجمعة 18 شتنبر 2026، كما يلغي مقتضيات القرار العاملي السابق رقم 2026/15 الصادر بتاريخ 1 يونيو 2026.

وألزم القرار العاملي مختلف الإدارات العمومية والمؤسسات العمومية العاملة بالميناء، إلى جانب المستغلين والمتعهدين المينائيين، بالتقيد بمقتضياته.

كما عهد القرار إلى السلطات العمومية والمصالح الإدارية بالميناء بتنفيذه، مع إسناد مهمة مراقبة التنفيذ إلى السلطة المينائية، فيما أوكل إلى المصالح الأمنية تنفيذ المقتضيات المتعلقة بالسير والجولان داخل الميناء.
