الوزراء: إدراج أسهم بنك القاهرة بالبورصة يعزز كفاءة إدارة الأصول وجذب الاستثمارات

يعد إدراج أسهم بنك القاهرة بالبورصة المصرية خطوة لتعزيز كفاءة إدارة الأصول وجذب الاستثمارات وتوسيع قاعدة الملكية.
تجاوزت قيمة طرح أسهم البنك 36.3 مليار جنيه، وشملت أكثر من 6.8 مليار سهم بنسبة 45% من إجمالي أسهمه.
نجح الطرح في جذب مبالغ تتجاوز نصف مليار دولار من الخارج، وشهد إقبالاً من مؤسسات استثمارية دولية.
يعد طرح بنك القاهرة أكبر طرح أولي في مصر منذ سنوات وفقاً لما أشارت إليه بلومبرج.
