“الوطنية العقارية” الكويتية تبيع أرض في أبوظبي بـ108.9 مليون دولار

“الوطنية العقارية” الكويتية تبيع أرض في أبوظبي بـ108.9 مليون دولار

أعلنت الشركة الوطنية العقارية الكويتية أن إحدى شركاتها التابعة، “Carina Views للتطوير العقاري”، أبرمت مذكرة تفاهم لبيع قطعتَي أرض مملوكتين لها في جزيرة الريم بأبوظبي في الإمارات، بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ 13 ألف متر مربع.

وتبلغ القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة 108.9 مليون دولار (33.4 مليون دينار كويتي).

وتوقعت “الوطنية العقارية” أن يبلغ الربح الناتج عن الصفقة نحو 24.5 مليون دولار (7.5 مليون دينار كويتي).

ومن المتوقع أن يتم الاعتراف بالربح في قائمة الدخل خلال الربع الثالث من 2026.
