الوظائف الشاغرة بأميركا تتراجع إلى 7.36 مليون.. وسوق العمل تحافظ على مرونتها

أظهرت بيانات اقتصادية نُشرت اليوم الثلاثاء تراجعًا طفيفًا في عدد الوظائف الخالية في الولايات المتحدة إلى أقل من 7.4 ملايين وظيفة، لكن التوظيف ما زال مرنًا رغم الصدمة الاقتصادية الناتجة عن الحرب بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، وإغلاق مضيق هرمز في الخليج.

وذكرت وزارة العمل الأميركية أن أصحاب العمل سجلوا 7.36 ملايين وظيفة شاغرة خلال يونيو/حزيران الماضي مقابل 7.54 ملايين وظيفة خلال مايو/أيار الماضي، وهو ما جاء متفقًا مع تقديرات المحللين.

في الوقت نفسه، بلغ عدد الموظفين الذين تم تسريحهم في يونيو/حزيران 1.8 مليون عامل، بتغيير طفيف عن الشهر السابق، في حين سجل عدد الأشخاص الذين تركوا وظائفهم طواعيةً -وهو مؤشر على ثقتهم في سوق العمل- ارتفاعًا طفيفًا.

وحافظت سوق العمل الأميركية على قوتها رغم ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة نتيجة الحرب مع إيران، متعافية من ركود عام 2025.

وخلال الأشهر الستة الأولى من العام الحالي، أضافت الشركات والهيئات الحكومية والمنظمات غير الربحية 92 ألف وظيفة جديدة شهريًا في المتوسط، مقابل أقل من 10 آلاف وظيفة شهريًا في العام الماضي، والذي كان أقل عدد لهذه الوظائف خارج فترات الركود الاقتصادي منذ 2002.
