اليابان: تطوير أول محرك يعمل بالهيدروجين للسفن الكبيرة لخفض انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون

طورت شركة يابانية أول محرك يعمل بالهيدروجين للسفن التجارية الكبيرة لخفض انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون بنسبة تتجاوز 95%.
يعتمد المحرك على نظام حقن مباشر عالي الضغط وتدابير سلامة متقدمة لمواجهة مخاطر تسرب الهيدروجين.
من المقرر تركيب المحرك على سفينة متعددة الأغراض وبدء اختبارات تشغيلية عملية عليها بحلول أبريل 2028.
أعلنت الشركة سابقاً عن إنجاز أول محرك تجاري متكامل يعمل بالأمونيا في العالم.
