اليابان تفتح باباً جديداً لعلاج باركنسون.. أول عملية زرع خلايا جذعية في الدماغ

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

خضع أول مريض في اليابان لعملية زرع خلايا مشتقة من الخلايا الجذعية في الدماغ لعلاج مرض باركنسون.
يعتمد العلاج المسمى أمشيپري على خلايا سلفية عصبية لتعويض نقص الدوبامين وتحسين القدرة على الحركة.
حصلت شركة سوميتومو فارما على موافقة مشروطة ومحددة المدة من السلطات الصحية اليابانية في مارس 2026.
أظهرت النتائج الأولية لسبعة مرضى تحسناً في الأعراض دون تسجيل آثار جانبية خطيرة.

يُعد مرض باركنسون اضطراباً عصبياً مزمناً يؤثر في الجهاز الحركي، وينجم عن فقدان تدريجي للخلايا العصبية المنتجة للدوبامين، ما يؤدي إلى أعراض من بينها الرعشة وتيبس العضلات وبطء الحركة وصعوبة الحفاظ على التوازن.
