اليابان تفرض رسوما جديدة على تأشيرة دخول أراضيها

أقدمت اليابان على خطوة غير مسبوقة منذ نصف قرن برفع رسوم تأشيرات دخول الأجانب أراضيها اعتبارا من يوليوز المقبل، لتصل تأشيرة المرة الواحدة إلى 93 دولارا والمتعددة إلى 190 دولارا.

ووافق مجلس الوزراء على قرار رفع رسوم إصدار التأشيرة خلال اجتماع له يوم الجمعة الماضي، بهدف تمويل خدمات الهجرة ودعم برامج تعليم اللغة ومكافحة الإقامة غير القانونية.

وقال وزير الخارجية الياباني موتيجي توشيميتسو في ندوة صحفية « إن الرسوم الحالية للتأشيرة حددت في عام 1978″، مضيفا أن مراجعة الرسوم جاء ردا على ارتفاع الأسعار والتغييرات في أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية.

وأوضح أن القرار جاء بعد دراسة تبعاته المختلفة وعوامل أخرى، مشيرا إلى أنه لايعتقد أن هذا القرار سيكون له تأثير فوري على السياحة الوافدة.
