اليابان و”ميركوسور” تقتربان من إطلاق مفاوضات شراكة اقتصادية

ذكرت وكالة "كيودو" للأنباء اليوم الثلاثاء أن اليابان ستبدأ مفاوضات اتفاقية الشراكة الاقتصادية مع تكتل دول أميركا الجنوبية (ميركوسور).

وأضافت الوكالة أن من المقرر الإعلان عن بدء محادثات اتفاقية الشراكة الاقتصادية خلال قمة بين رئيسة الوزراء اليابانية "ساناي تاكايتشي" والرئيس البرازيلي "لويس إيناسيو لولا دا سيلفا" على هامش اجتماعات مجموعة السبع في فرنسا الشهر المقبل.

وصرح لولا العام الماضي في قمة ميركوسور بأن التكتل يجب أن يركز على تعزيز علاقاته مع الدول الآسيوية مثل اليابان والصين وكوريا الجنوبية والهند وفيتنام وإندونيسيا.

موازنة إضافية بـ 19 مليار دولار لدعم الاقتصاد

تعتزم الحكومة اليابانية إعداد موازنة إضافية بقيمة 3 تريليونات ين، ما يعادل نحو 19 مليار دولار، في خطوة تهدف إلى تمويل إجراءات دعم اقتصادي جديدة وسط ارتفاع تكاليف الطاقة.

وقالت رئيسة الوزراء اليابانية، ساناي تاكايشي، إن الموازنة الإضافية ستُموّل من خلال إصدار سندات دين جديدة، مؤكدة أن الخطوة لن تؤثر على استقرار سوق السندات الحكومية.

وأوضحت الحكومة أن قوة الإيرادات الضريبية وغير الضريبية، إلى جانب انخفاض بعض النفقات المتوقعة، قد تغني عن إصدار نحو 3 تريليونات ين من سندات العجز التي كان مخططاً لها حتى يونيو المقبل.

لكن الإعلان أثار قلق الأسواق بشأن التوسع المالي، خاصة بعد ارتفاع عائد السندات الحكومية اليابانية لأجل عشر سنوات إلى 2.8% الأسبوع الماضي، وهو أعلى مستوى منذ عام 1996.
