اليوم.. محاكمة 44 متهما في قضية «اللجان المالية» أمام الدائرة الأولى إرهاب

تبدأ الدائرة الأولى إرهاب بمحكمة بدر محاكمة 44 متهما في قضية اللجان المالية اليوم الخميس.
أُحيل المتهمون بتهمة قيادة جماعة أسست على خلاف القانون بهدف الإخلال بالنظام العام وتعطيل أحكام الدستور.
تضمنت الاتهامات السعي لمنع مؤسسات الدولة من ممارسة أعمالها والاعتداء على الحريات الشخصية والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية.

تستكمل الدائرة الأولى إرهاب، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، اليوم الخميس، محاكمة 44 متهما في القضية رقم 10948 لسنة 2024 جنايات التجمع الخامس، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«قضية اللجان المالية». أمر إحالة المتهمين وكشف أمر الإحالة أنه خلال الفترة من عام 2007 وحتى 30 يونيو 2023، تولى المتهمون من الأول وحتى الثالث قيادة.
