انتظروه 16 عاما.. لهذه الأسباب يخشى صحفيو لبنان قانون الإعلام الجديد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أقر البرلمان اللبناني قانوناً جديداً للإعلام بعد 16 عاماً من الانتظار رغم مخاوف حقوقية من ثغراته.
تحذر منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش من المادة 104 (ب) التي تجرم نشر أخبار كاذبة وضارة بعقوبات تصل لثلاث سنوات.
يتضمن القانون الجديد إصلاحات مهمة مثل إلغاء التوقيف الاحتياطي وحماية سرية المصادر الصحفية وتسهيل إنشاء المنصات الإعلامية.
قدم عشرة نواب مشروع تعديلات لمعالجة الثغرات القانونية والحد من تدخل الأجهزة الأمنية في استدعاء الصحفيين والتحقيق معهم.

بعد 16 عاما من الانتظار.. قانون جديد للإعلام بلبنان يمنح الصحفيين أمانا طال انتظاره، لكنه يخبئ "فخا تشريعيا" بالمادة 104 يُهدد بسجنهم 3 سنوات لنشرهم "أخبارا ضارة". فهل يُسقطه البرلمان؟
