انخفاض الأرباح نصف السنوية لـ”الحلول المتسارعة للاتصالات” بنسبة 73.1% 

تراجع صافي ربح شركة الحلول المتسارعة للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بنسبة 73.1% خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ليصل إلى 2.34 مليون دولار (8.79 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 8.71 مليون دولار (32.67 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء أن انخفاض صافي الربح يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى تراجع إجمالي الربح نتيجة انخفاض الإيرادات وحجم الأعمال المنفذة خلال الفترة، إلى جانب انخفاض هامش إجمالي الربح الناتج عن تقلبات أسعار المواد الأولية للأجهزة التقنية.

وانخفضت إيرادات المجموعة بنسبة 32.14% إلى 48.71 مليون دولار (182.68 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 71.79 مليون دولار (269.2 مليون ريال) خلال النصف الأول من 2025.

وأرجعت الشركة انخفاض الإيرادات إلى تراجع إيرادات الخدمات المدارة والتشغيلية والخدمات الاحترافية، إضافة إلى انخفاض إيرادات البرامج والتراخيص، وذلك نتيجة تأخر اعتماد بعض المشاريع.

توصية بشراء مليون سهم خزينة

وأوصى مجلس إدارة شركة الحلول المتسارعة للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بتاريخ 25 أغسطس 2026 للجمعية العامة غير العادية بالموافقة على شراء الشركة مليون سهم عادي كحد أقصى، بهدف الاحتفاظ بها كأسهم خزينة وتخصيصها لموظفي الشركة ضمن برنامج أسهم حوافز الموظفين.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان منفصل على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء، أن عملية الشراء سيتم تمويلها من الموارد الذاتية للشركة، مشيرة إلى أن نسبة أسهم الخزينة التي تمتلكها الشركة حالياً 0% من إجمالي فئة الأسهم محل الشراء.

وأكدت الشركة أن تنفيذ عملية الشراء يتطلب موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية، واستيفاء شروط الملاءة المالية الواردة في اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام الشركات الخاصة بشركات المساهمة المدرجة.

وأشارت إلى أن الأسهم المشتراة لن يكون لها أصوات في جمعيات المساهمين.
