بأمر قضائي.. توقيف إضراب أعوان التخدير والإنعاش المقرر يومي الثلاثاء والأربعاء

أعلنت وزارة الصحة صدور أمر قضائي استعجالي يقضي بوقف الإضراب الذي كانت النقابة الوطنية المستقلة للأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش للصحة العمومية قد دعت إليه يومي 2 و3 جوان 2026، داعية جميع الأعوان المعنيين إلى الامتثال لهذا القرار ضماناً لاستمرارية الخدمات الصحية والتكفل الأمثل بالمرضى.

وأوضحت الوزارة، في بيان لها، أن القرار جاء بناءً على الأمر الاستعجالي الصادر عن المحكمة الإدارية بالبليدة تحت رقم 26/01182، والممهور بالصيغة التنفيذية تحت رقم 26/216، والذي تم تبليغه للنقابة المعنية عن طريق التعليق. وقد نص الأمر القضائي العلني الحضوري على وقف الإضراب المعلن عنه بموجب الإشعار المسبق الصادر عن النقابة الوطنية المستقلة للأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش للصحة العمومية.
