بحكم القانون.. هل يجوز تجديد عقد الإيجار القديم بالتراضي بعد 7 سنوات؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ينص القانون رقم 164 لسنة 2025 على انتهاء عقود إيجار الأماكن السكنية بانتهاء مدة انتقالية قدرها سبع سنوات.
  • لا يمنح القانون حقاً تلقائياً للمستأجر في تجديد العقد بعد انقضاء المدة الانتقالية المحددة.
  • يعد إبرام عقد جديد بعد انتهاء المدة القانونية اتفاقاً مستقلاً بين المالك والمستأجر وفق القواعد السارية.
  • تخضع شروط العقد الجديد وقيمته الإيجارية ومدته لما يتفق عليه الطرفان ولا يفرض القانون قيمة موحدة لها.

مع الحديث عن المدة الانتقالية التي حددها قانون الإيجار القديم، تتزايد تساؤلات الملاك والمستأجرين بشأن إمكانية استمرار العلاقة الإيجارية بعد انتهاء السنوات السبع المقررة للوحدات السكنية
