براءة ولية أمر من تهمة التعدي على معلمة داخل مدرسة بالإيمان في السويس

قضت محكمة جنح الأربعين الجزئية ببراءة ربة منزل من تهمة التعدي على معلمة داخل مدرسة حكومية بالسويس.
أُقيمت الواقعة في أكتوبر الماضي وأسفرت عن إصابة المعلمة بجرح قطعي وتلقيها العلاج بمجمع السويس الطبي.
استندت المحكمة في حكم البراءة إلى تناقضات في أقوال المجني عليها وعدم وجود توثيق مرئي لواقعة الاعتداء.
أُصدر قرار بنقل الطالب إلى مدرسة أخرى لضمان استمراره في دراسته وتجنب حدوث خلافات جديدة.

قضت محكمة جنح الأربعين الجزئية، بمقر محكمة السويس الابتدائية، ببراءة ربة منزل من تهمة التعدي على معلمة أثناء تأدية عملها داخل منشأة تعليمية حكومية، بإحدى المدارس التابعة لإدارة شمال السويس التعليمية. تفاصيل اتهام ولية الأمر بالتعدي على معلمة بمدرسة الإيمان وتعود وقائع القضية إلى يوم 14 أكتوبر الماضي، عندما حررت مديرية التربية والتعليم محضرًا اتهمت.
