بروكفيلد تستثمر 27 مليار دولار لبناء مركز بيانات ضخم في بريطانيا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تستثمر شركة بروكفيلد أكثر من 26.8 مليار دولار لبناء مركز بيانات ضخم في شمال إنجلترا.
تتعاون الشركة مع دراكس جروب ومنصة راديانت لتطوير مركز بيانات مخصص للذكاء الاصطناعي.
تتطلب المرحلة الأولى من المشروع استثمارات مبدئية بقيمة 2.5 مليار جنيه إسترليني.
يهدف المشروع لتوفير قدرة حوسبية تتجاوز 1 جيجاواط في الموقع لاحقاً.

تعتزم شركة “بروكفيلد” تشييد مركز بيانات ضخم في شمال إنجلترا، في وقت تسابق فيه الدول الأوروبية الزمن لتوسيع البنية التحتية اللازمة لدعم انتشار تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، رغم ارتفاع تكاليف الطاقة وأسعار الفائدة. وأعلنت شركة الطاقة البريطانية “دراكس جروب”،اليوم الثلاثاء، توقيع اتفاقية مع “بروكفيلد” ومنصة الحوسبة السحابية التابعة لها “راديانت”، للتعاون في تطوير مركز بيانات للذكاء […]
