بريطانيا تكشف هوية متهمين في قضية قاعدة فيرفورد والتحقيقات مستمرة

وجهت السلطات البريطانية اتهامات لشخصين بموجب قانون الأمن القومي لعام 2023 بسبب أنشطة مشتبه بها قرب قاعدة فيرفورد.
تتعلق التهم بمساعدة جهاز استخبارات أجنبي والدخول إلى موقع محظور، وسط مخاوف من تهديدات مرتبطة بالدولة الإيرانية.
تكتسب القضية أهمية إضافية لارتباط القاعدة بالعمليات الجوية الأمريكية ضد إيران ومخاوف من استهدافها بطائرات مسيرة.
لا تزال التحقيقات مستمرة بالتعاون بين شرطة مكافحة الإرهاب وجهاز الاستخبارات الداخلية لتحديد طبيعة الأنشطة والأهداف المحتملة.

وجّهت السلطات البريطانية اتهامات إلى شخصين، في إطار تحقيق بشأن أنشطة مشتبه بها قرب قاعدة فيرفورد التابعة لسلاح الجو الملكي، لم تكشف السلطات في بيانها تفاصيل الأدلة التي تستند إليها هذه الاتهامات.
