بسبب خلاف على ري الأرض.. إحالة 6 متهمين للمفتي بمركز طاميه بالفيوم

أحالت محكمة جنايات الفيوم أوراق 6 متهمين إلى مفتي الجمهورية لإبداء الرأي الشرعي بشأن إعدامهم.
وقعت الجريمة في مايو 2025 إثر مشاجرة بسبب خلاف على ري أرض زراعية بمركز طامية.
أسفرت الواقعة عن مقتل شخص وإصابة نجله نتيجة اعتداء المتهمين عليهما بالضرب بعد التخطيط لهما.
حددت المحكمة جلسة 4 ديسمبر المقبل للنطق بالحكم في القضية رقم 11645 لسنة 2025 جنايات الفيوم.

قررت محكمة جنايات الفيوم، في جلستها المنعقدة بالدائرة السادسة، إحالة أوراق 6 متهمين في قضية مقتل شخص وإصابة نجله، إثر خلاف على ري أرض زراعية بمركز طامية، إلى مفتي الجمهورية لإبداء الرأي الشرعي بشأن إعدامهم، وحددت جلسة 4 ديسمبر المقبل للنطق بالحكم. صدر القرار خلال جلسة المحكمة المنعقدة مساء الأربعاء 28 أكتوبر 2026، برئاسة المستشار.
