  • تواصل جماعة الحوثي محاكمة العشرات بتهم التخابر والتجسس في صنعاء بعد صدور أحكام ابتدائية بالإعدام والسجن.
  • شملت المحاكمات قضايا تتعلق بالتخابر مع بريطانيا وإعانة السعودية وتشكيل عصابات مسلحة لتنفيذ عمليات اغتيال وتفجير.
  • تضمنت القضايا المتداولة شبكات تجسس مزعومة عملت لصالح المخابرات السعودية والبريطانية بين عامي 2021 و2025.
  • تواجه الجماعة انتقادات حقوقية دولية ومطالبات أممية بالإفراج عن موظفين في منظمات دولية ومحلية محتجزين لديها.

عقدت جماعة أنصار الله (الحوثيين) جلسات لمحاكمة 51 متهما بالتخابر ومنحتهم فرصة أخيرة لتقديم دفوعهم، ومن القضايا المرفوعة للمحكمة قضية "خلية ذمار" التي صدرت أحكام ابتدائية بإعدام 44 من المتهمين فيها.
