بعد انتشار إعلانات المكملات الغذائية، “الحق في الدواء” تطالب بضوابط صارمة لحماية المواطنين

رحبت جمعية الحق في الدواء بقرار الهيئة القومية لسلامة الغذاء مراقبة الإعلانات الترويجية للمكملات الغذائية.
تعد هذه الخطوة إجراءً مهماً لحماية المواطنين من الممارسات الترويجية المضللة وضمان عدم تقديم المكملات كعلاجات نهائية للأمراض.
طالبت الجمعية بعقد ورش عمل مشتركة بين الجهات المعنية لوضع وثيقة ملزمة تنظم الإعلان عن الأدوية والمكملات الغذائية.
دعت الجمعية إلى تعزيز التكامل بين هيئتي الدواء وسلامة الغذاء لضمان منظومة رقابية متناسقة تحمي الصحة العامة.

رحبت جمعية الحق في الدواء بقرار الهيئة القومية لسلامة الغذاء مراقبة الإعلانات الترويجية للمكملات الغذائية، في ظل الانتشار الواسع لهذه الإعلانات عبر المنصات الإلكترونية والقنوات غير المعروفة، مستفيدة من سرعة تسجيل المنتجات وعدم خضوعها للتسعير، وهو ما أسهم في اتساع نطاق الترويج لها وتحقيق بعض الشركات
