بعد تحركات النواب.. حالات يجيز فيها القانون البناء خارج الأحوزة العمرانية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يحدد القانون حالات استثنائية تسمح بالبناء خارج الأحوزة العمرانية ضمن ضوابط محددة.
  • تشمل الاستثناءات الأراضي المخصصة لمشروعات الإنتاج الزراعي أو الحيواني والمشروعات القومية ذات النفع العام.
  • أجاز القانون إقامة مسكن خاص أو مبنى خدمي على الأراضي الزراعية خارج الأحوزة وفق ضوابط الوزارة المختصة.
  • يسمح التصالح في المخالفات البنائية السابقة على العمل بالقانون بشرط عدم الإخلال بالسلامة الإنشائية.

تزامنا مع استمرار أزمة الأحوزة العمرانية وما تفرضه من قيود على حصول المواطنين على تراخيص البناء، تصاعدت التحركات البرلمانية المطالبة
