بعد تصالح والد الطفلين، هل تسقط عقوبة الإعدام عن المتهمات في قضية “حقن الكلور”؟

تصالح والد الطفلين المجني عليهما مع المتهمات الثلاث في قضية حقن الكلور بمحافظة الجيزة.
تنازل محامي المجني عليهما عن الدعوى المدنية للمطالبة بالتعويض عن الواقعة.
يسمح قانون الإجراءات الجنائية بتخفيف عقوبة الإعدام إلى السجن المؤبد أو المشدد في حال إثبات الصلح.
تواجه المتهمات اتهامات بقتل طفلة رضيعة وطفل حديث الولادة عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار باستخدام مادة الكلور.

شهدت جلسة محاكمة المتهمات في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ”حقن الكلور” بمنطقة الصف بمحافظة الجيزة، تطورا جديدا، بعدما تصالح والد الطفلين المجني عليهما مع المتهمات الثلاث، وهن والدته وشقيقتها وخالته. كما تنازل محامي المجني عليهما عن الدعوى المدنية، التي سبق إقامها للمطالبة بالتعويض عن الواقعة.
