بعد تكرار حوادث نقلهم.. ضوابط مشددة لنقل العمال وحد أدنى للأجور

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يتضمن مشروع قانون تنظيم العمالة اليومية ضوابط مشددة لنقل العمال وحماية حقوقهم المالية.
يحظر مشروع القانون نقل العمال بمركبات غير مخصصة أو مرخصة أو سيارات نقل البضائع والمعدات.
يلزم مشروع القانون جهة النقل بإنشاء سجل إلكتروني لبيانات العمال ومركبات النقل ومسارات الرحلات.
يمنع مشروع القانون تقاضي أجور أقل من الحد الأدنى ويفرض استخدام وسائل دفع إلكترونية وإصدار إيصالات للعمال.

تضمن مشروع قانون تنظيم العمالة اليومية والمؤقتة والموسمية والعرضية، المقدم من النائب علي خليفة، عضو مجلس النواب عن حزب العدل، مجموعة من الضوابط الجديدة لتنظيم أوضاع العمال وحماية حقوقهم خاصة فيما يتعلق بوسائل نقلهم من وإلى أماكن العمل، بعد تكرار الحوادث جراء وسائل نقل غير آدمية تقلهم من وإلى مناطق عملهم إلى جانب تحديد قواعد.
