بعد حادث قطاري العياط.. طريقة استرداد قيمة التذاكر للراغبين في إلغاء السفر

  • أتاحت الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر استرداد قيمة التذاكر للركاب الراغبين في إلغاء السفر عقب حادث تصادم قطاري العياط.
  • يمكن للركاب التوجه إلى شبابيك التذاكر بالمحطات لإنهاء إجراءات إلغاء الحجز واسترداد قيمة التذاكر وفقا للإجراءات المتبعة.
  • وفرت وزارة النقل أتوبيسات لنقل الركاب وتوفير وسائل انتقال بديلة في المناطق المتأثرة بالحادث.
  • وجه الرئيس السيسي أجهزة الدولة بسرعة التحقيق في ملابسات الحادث ومحاسبة كل من يثبت تقصيره.

أعلنت الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر إتاحة استرداد قيمة تذاكر القطارات للركاب الراغبين في إلغاء السفر، عقب حادث تصادم القطارين رقمي 134 و2010، الذي وقع اليوم الأحد 8 نوفمبر 2026، بالمنطقة الواقعة بين محطتي كفر عمار والرقة، وتسبب في تعطل حركة القطارات على خطوط الوجه القبلي. وأوضحت الهيئة أنه يمكن للركاب الراغبين في إلغاء رحلاتهم.
