بعد خسائر تجاوزت 1.7 مليار دولار.. مجموعة الحبتور الإماراتية تقرر بيع جميع استثماراتها في لبنان

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قررت مجموعة الحبتور الإماراتية بيع جميع أصولها واستثماراتها في لبنان بما يشمل الفنادق والعقارات والأراضي.
جاء قرار التخارج الكامل بعد دراسة وتقييم شاملين وبسبب الأضرار الجسيمة التي لحقت باستثماراتها.
أعلنت المجموعة سابقاً عن خسائر تتجاوز 1.7 مليار دولار نتيجة القيود التي فرضتها السلطات اللبنانية ومصرف لبنان.
تضم الأصول المبيعة فندقي الحبتور غراند بيروت ومتروبوليتان بالاس بيروت بالإضافة إلى استثمارات وأنشطة أخرى.

يشهد لبنان منذ عام 2019 أزمة مالية واقتصادية حادة، أدت إلى فرض قيود على السحوبات والتحويلات المصرفية، وحرمت غالبية المودعين، من أفراد وشركات، من الوصول إلى ودائعهم بالعملات الأجنبية.
