بعد رفض طلب رد المحكمة، اليوم فصل جديد في محاكمة صاحب بيت فاطم في هتك عرض 4 فتيات

تنظر محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة اليوم محاكمة محمد طاهر المتهم بهتك عرض 4 فتيات بمنطقة جاردن سيتي.
رفضت المحكمة طلب الدفاع برد هيئة المحكمة وقررت استكمال نظر القضية المقيدة برقم 1271 لسنة 2026 إداري قصر النيل.
نفت المجني عليهن تعرضهن لواقعات هتك عرض، بينما طالب دفاعهن بتعويض مدني قدره مليون جنيه.
أكدت التحقيقات استغلال المتهم لظروف الفتيات الصعبة والتحكم في أوقات العمل بالمركز للانفراد بالمكان.

تنظر محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة اليوم الخميس، محاكمة محمد طاهر، المتهم في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًّا باسم « بيت فاطم »، والمتعلقة باتهامه بهتك عرض 4 فتيات بمنطقة جاردن سيتي. وأمس رفضت محكمة طلب رد هيئة المحكمة المقدم من دفاع محمد طاهر، صاحب مؤسسة «بيت فاطم»، في القضية المتهم فيها بهتك عرض 4 فتيات. وجاء
