  • تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب بمحكمة بدر محاكمة 75 متهمًا في قضية الهيكل الإداري.
  • تولى المتهمون قيادة جماعة إرهابية أسست بين عامي 2015 و15 أبريل 2025 لتعطيل مؤسسات الدولة.
  • هدفت الجماعة إلى تغيير نظام الحكم بالقوة والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والسلام الاجتماعي والأمن القومي.
  • وجهت للمتهمين من السادس إلى الأخير تهمة الانضمام لجماعة إرهابية، بينما وجهت لجميع المتهمين تهمة تمويل الإرهاب.

تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب، المنعقدة ببدر، اليوم الأحد، برئاسة المستشار وجدي عبد المنعم، محاكمة 75 متهمًا في القضية رقم 4660 لسنة 2025، جنايات التجمع الخامس، والمعروفة بـ «الهيكل الإداري». وكشف أمر الإحالة، أنه في غضون الفترة من عام 2015 وحتى 15 ابريل 2025، تولى المتهمون قيادة جماعة إرهابية أُسست على خلاف أحكام القانون الهدف منها.
