تستكمل محكمة جنايات القاهرة اليوم الاثنين محاكمة المتهمين في قضية رشوة وزارة التموين.
أحالت النيابة العامة المتهمين بتهمة التلاعب في معدلات صرف سلعتي السكر والزيت التمويني.
شملت قائمة المتهمين موظفي شركة النيل للمجمعات الاستهلاكية ونائب مدير مشروع جمعيتي وعاملين في توزيع السلع.
أسفرت عمليات حجب السلع وبيعها في السوق السوداء عن تحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة بلغت 58 مليون جنيه.

تستكمل محكمة جنايات القاهرة، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم شمال القاهرة الابتدائية، اليوم الاثنين، محاكمة المتهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«رشوة وزارة التموين». وكانت محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة المنعقدة بالعباسية قد قضت سابقًا بالحبس مددًا تتراوح بين 3 و5 سنوات بحق المتهمين في القضية، مع إلزامهم برد المبالغ المالية، على خلفية اتهامهم باستغلال اختصاصات وظائفهم لتحقيق أرباح.
