بعد مد فترة التقديم.. ما هي الإجراءات المتبعة لتقديم طلب التصالح على مخالفات البناء؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • وافق مجلس الوزراء على مد فترة التصالح على مخالفات البناء لمدة 6 أشهر إضافية ليصبح الموعد النهائي في مايو 2027.
  • يتوجب على المتقدمين التوجه للمراكز التكنولوجية التابعة للحي وتجهيز المستندات المطلوبة وسداد رسوم الفحص المقررة.
  • يشترط لتقديم الطلب سداد مقابل جدية التصالح بنسبة 25% وألا تسبب المخالفة أي إخلال بالسلامة الإنشائية للعقار.
  • تتضمن الأوراق المطلوبة صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي ومستندات الملكية والرسومات الهندسية المعتمدة وتقارير السلامة الإنشائية.

بعد الموافقة على مدة فترة التصالح، يسعى المواطنين لمعرفة ما هي الإجراءات المتبعة لتقديم طلب التصالح على مخالفات البناء، والأوراق والشروط المطلوبة، للاستفادة من القرار الجديد، وتقنين أوضاع منازلهم. آخر موعد لتقديم طلب التصالح على مخالفات البناء وافق مجلس الوزراء برئاسة الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، على مد فترة التصالح على مخالفات البناء لمدة 6 أشهر إضافية،.
