ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أصدرت وزارة الداخلية قرارين بمنح 42 مواطنًا مصريًا إذنًا بالتجنس بجنسيات أجنبية مع الاحتفاظ بالجنسية المصرية.
  • تضمن القرار الأول الإذن لـ 21 مواطنًا بالتجنس بجنسيات أجنبية محددة مع الاحتفاظ بجنسيتهم الأصلية.
  • يسمح القانون للمأذون له وزوجته وأولاده القصر بالاحتفاظ بالجنسية المصرية بشرط الإفادة بذلك خلال سنة من اكتساب الجنسية الأجنبية.
  • يسمح للأولاد القصر باختيار الجنسية المصرية خلال السنة التالية لبلوغهم سن الرشد في حال زوالها عنهم بسبب تجنس أبيهم.

نشرت وزارة الداخلية قرارين جديدين بالوقائع المصرية، حملا رقمي 1703 و1704 لسنة 2026، بشأن الإذن لـ42
