خفض بنك المغرب توقعاته لنمو الاقتصاد الوطني خلال سنة 2026 إلى 4,4 في المائة، مقابل 5,3 في المائة تتوقعها الحكومة، وذلك بعد عشرة أيام فقط من إعلان وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية توقعاتها بشأن نمو الاقتصاد خلال السنة الجارية.

وقال بنك المغرب، في بلاغ صدر عقب الاجتماع الفصلي الثالث لمجلسه، الثلاثاء، إن نمو الاقتصاد الوطني يرتقب أن يتباطأ من 4,9 في المائة سنة 2025 إلى 4,4 في المائة هذه السنة، قبل أن ينخفض إلى 2,9 في المائة سنة 2027.

وتكشف هذه الأرقام عن فارق يصل إلى 0,9 نقطة مئوية بين توقع البنك المركزي وتقدير الحكومة لنمو الاقتصاد المغربي خلال 2026.

وكانت وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية قد توقعت، في تقرير نشر في 12 شتنبر الجاري، أن يحقق الاقتصاد المغربي نموا بنسبة 5,3 في المائة خلال 2026، قبل أن تتراجع وتيرته إلى 4,1 في المائة سنة 2027.

وعزا بنك المغرب توقعاته، على الخصوص، إلى تطورات النشاطين الفلاحي وغير الفلاحي، إذ يرجح أن تنتعش القيمة المضافة الفلاحية بنسبة 16 في المائة هذه السنة، أخذا بعين الاعتبار محصول حبوب قدرته وزارة الفلاحة في 93 مليون قنطار.

غير أن البنك يتوقع أن تنخفض القيمة المضافة الفلاحية بنسبة 7,6 في المائة سنة 2027، على أساس فرضية العودة إلى إنتاج متوسط من الحبوب يناهز 50 مليون قنطار.

وبالنسبة إلى الأنشطة غير الفلاحية، يتوقع بنك المغرب أن تتباطأ وتيرة نموها من 4,5 في المائة سنة 2025 إلى 3,1 في المائة خلال السنة الجارية، ارتباطا بنمو أقل مما كان متوقعا في بعض الفروع، لاسيما الصناعات الاستخراجية والتحويلية، قبل أن ترتفع إلى 4 في المائة سنة 2027.

وتأتي توقعات بنك المغرب في سياق دولي يتسم بتزايد حالة عدم اليقين، مع استمرار النزاعات والتوترات الجيو-اقتصادية واضطرابات إمدادات المنتجات الطاقية والغذائية والمدخلات الأساسية.

ويتوقع البنك المركزي، في هذا السياق، تباطؤ نمو الاقتصاد العالمي من 3,2 في المائة سنة 2025 إلى 3 في المائة خلال السنة الجارية، ثم إلى 2,9 في المائة سنة 2027.
