بلومبيرغ: تحذيرات من تداعيات “المأزق غير المسبوق للبعثة الأممية للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية”

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

دخلت بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية فراغاً قانونياً وسياسياً غير مسبوق بعد فشل مجلس الأمن في الاتفاق على تمديد ولايتها.
أدى صدام دبلوماسي بين القوى الكبرى إلى استخدام روسيا لحق النقض ضد مشروع القرار الأمريكي الذي يدعم مبادرة الحكم الذاتي المغربي.
حذر مراقبون من أن غياب الغطاء القانوني للبعثة يهدد بانهيار آلية مراقبة وقف إطلاق النار ويزيد من مخاطر التصعيد العسكري في المنطقة.
رحب الديوان الملكي المغربي بعدم تجديد مهمة البعثة واعتبره خطوة هامة نحو الطي النهائي لملف الصحراء المغربية داخل أروقة الأمم المتحدة.

لندن ـ “القدس العربي”: أكد موقع وكالة “بلومبيرغ” في تقرير له أن بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية (المينورسو) دخلت في فراغ قانوني وسياسي غير مسبوق بعد أنه من “المفترض أن تنتهي ولايتها الرسمية اليوم 31 أكتوبر 2026” دون التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن تمديدها، وهو سيناريو يحدث لأول مرة منذ تأسيس البعثة قبل أكثر […]
