بمقدم 5% وتقسيط 4 سنوات.. وزير الصناعة يكشف تيسيرات للأراضي خلال منتدى مصر 2026

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أعلن وزير الصناعة عن تيسيرات لتخصيص الأراضي الصناعية تشمل سداد مقدم بنسبة 5% وتقسيط الباقي على أربع سنوات.
تتضمن التيسيرات إتاحة الأراضي بنظام حق الانتفاع لتقليل الأعباء المالية الأولية وتوفير السيولة لشراء المعدات وتطوير التكنولوجيا.
تعمل الوزارة على تسريع إجراءات التراخيص الصناعية عبر التوسع في نظام التراخيص بالإخطار للمصانع الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
أطلقت الوزارة منصة لربط المصانع بهدف تسهيل التواصل بين المنتجين والموردين ودعم سلاسل الإمداد المحلية.

أكد المهندس خالد هاشم، وزير الصناعة، أن الوزارة تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بتيسير إجراءات الاستثمار الصناعي، فضلًا عن تنمية الصناعات المستهدفة، خاصة الصناعات الهندسية، بهدف تعظيم مساهمة هذه الأنشطة في الاقتصاد الوطني، وبناء قاعدة إنتاجية قادرة على تلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية وزيادة الصادرات. جاء ذلك خلال استعراض المهندس خالد هاشم جهود الوزارة لتيسير إجراءات الاستثمار الصناعي،.
