بنك التسويات يحذّر من مخاطر طفرة الذكاء الاصطناعي

حذر بنك التسويات الدولية من أن سباق الاستثمار في البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي يتجه إلى تجاوز الطفرات التكنولوجية السابقة من حيث الحجم والسرعة، ما قد يفاقم الاضطرابات المالية إذا لم تحقق هذه الاستثمارات مكاسب إنتاجية تبرر تكلفتها الضخمة.

وأوضح البنك أن اعتماد شركات التكنولوجيا ومطوري الذكاء الاصطناعي على الاقتراض يزيد المخاطر داخل القطاع، خصوصا مع توقعات بوصول الإنفاق المرتبط بالذكاء الاصطناعي إلى نحو 6 تريليونات دولار بحلول 2030.

وأشار إلى أن المنافسة في سوق تتركز عوائدها لدى عدد محدود من الشركات تدفع القطاع إلى الإفراط في الاستثمار، ما قد يضاعف الخسائر المحتملة في حال تباطؤ الطلب أو في حال خيّبت مكاسب الإنتاجية التوقعات.
