بنك التعمير والإسكان يرفع عائد الشهادة الماسية بلس إلى 19%.. تفاصيل القرار والمميزات

أعلن بنك التعمير والإسكان رفع عائد الشهادة الماسية بلس ليصل إلى 19% سنوياً و18.75% شهرياً.
يبدأ تطبيق أسعار الفائدة الجديدة اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق 8 نوفمبر 2026.
تتميز الشهادة بعائد ثابت لا يتغير طوال فترة الاستثمار التي تمتد لثلاث سنوات.
يوفر البنك خيارات متنوعة بين العائد السنوي التراكمي أو الصرف الشهري المنتظم لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.

في خطوة تدعم الأوعية الادخارية المستقرة وتلبي تطلعات المستثمرين، أعلن بنك التعمير والإسكان عن رفع سعر العائد على «الشهادة الماسية بلس» ذات العائد الثابت…
