بنك السودان يقرر تصفية فرع مصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي اختياريًا

الخرطوم 23 يونيو 2026– قرر بنك السودان المركزي تصفية مصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي في السودان، بعد 14 عامًا من بدء نشاطه المصرفي في البلاد. وكان المصرف بدأ عملياته في السودان عام 2012 كأول مؤسسة مالية إماراتية تحصل على ترخيص من بنك السودان المركزي لمزاولة العمل المصرفي. وأصدرت محافظ بنك السودان المركزي، آمنة ميرغني حسن التوم، قرارًا إداريًا بالرقم (18) لسنة 2026م، يقضي بتصفية مصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي – فرع السودان – تصفية اختيارية. وصدر القرار في مارس الماضي لكن لم يُعلن رسميًا منذ وقتها. وجاء القرار استنادًا إلى السلطات الممنوحة للمحافظ بموجب أحكام المادة (50) من قانون تنظيم العمل المصرفي لسنة 2004م، ونص على سريان القرار فور صدوره، مع توجيه الجهات المختصة بوضعه موضع التنفيذ الفوري. وقال مصدر مصرفي رفيع لـ”سودان تربيون” إن الإدارة الرئيسية لمصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة طلبت تصفية فرعها في السودان لأسباب تتعلق بعدم الجدوى الاقتصادية. وأكد المصدر أن الإدارة الرئيسية للمصرف ظلت مستمرة في تقديم خدمات التحويلات المالية بين البلدين حتى بعد اندلاع الحرب وإلى الآن، مشيرًا إلى أن المصرف يعد من المؤسسات المصرفية القليلة التي تنشط في مجال التعاملات البنكية الخارجية مع السودان. وفي عام 2012، أعلن مصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي، مجموعة الخدمات المالية الإسلامية الرائدة، عن توسيع نطاق عملياته …
