بنك القاهرة يقتحم سوق التداول بأضخم طرح في تاريخ البورصة المصرية

انطلقت تداولات أسهم بنك القاهرة في البورصة المصرية كأضخم طرح في تاريخها ضمن برنامج الطروحات الحكومية.
شمل الطرح نحو 6.86 مليار سهم تمثل 45% من إجمالي أسهم البنك بسعر 5.30 جنيه للسهم.
تجاوزت تغطية الشريحة العامة 27 مرة مع جذب تدفقات مالية من الخارج تجاوزت نصف مليار دولار.
ساهمت العملية في إدراج بنك القاهرة ضمن الأصول المتاحة للقطاع الخاص لتعزيز السيولة ودعم الإصلاحات الهيكلية.

بدأت أسهم بنك القاهرة التداول في البورصة المصرية، الاثنين، عقب طرح بلغت قيمته 36.37 مليار جنيه، في صفقة وصفت بأنها الأكبر في تاريخ سوق المال المصرية.
